Bonuses on the Tax on Real Estate (IBI)

Section 4.d.- Bonuses.
d) Properties of the Llano Mazuelos in which economic activities are carried out.

A bonus of up to 95 percent of the full tax rate is established in favor of real estate located in the Llano de Mazuelos industrial estate in which economic activities are carried out that are declared to be of special interest or municipal utility due to social or promotion of employment justifying such declaration. This bonus will be granted for a maximum period of five years.

5.I.1.- Constructions, installations or works that are declared of special municipal interest or utility due to social, cultural, historical-artistic or employment promotion circumstances that justify such declaration, up to 95%. Among other:

• Works for the execution of business projects in which the circumstances of being job generators concur.

5.II.3.- In determining the bonus to be applied to business projects for job creation, the following criteria will be taken into account:

a)In general, due to job creation and depending on the average increase in the workforce of workers with an indefinite contract, for a minimum period of three years, the following bonuses will be applied:



b) Social economy companies, special employment centers and young entrepreneurs under 35 years of age will have a 35% discount. This bonus will be prorated based on the number of working partners in social economy companies and the number of young entrepreneurs under 35 years of age in companies of this type.
