Subsidies for the rehabilitation at the building level, the improvement of energy efficiency in homes, the preparation of the book of the existing building for the rehabilitation and the drafting of rehabilitation projects

Purpose

Subsidies for rehabilitation at the building level are intended, both in urban and rural areas, to finance works or actions in buildings for predominantly residential use in which an accredited improvement in energy efficiency is obtained, with special attention to the building envelope in collective residential buildings, including their dwellings, and in single-family dwellings. Subsidies for the improvement of energy efficiency in homes are intended to finance actions or works to improve energy efficiency in homes, whether single-family or belonging to multi-family buildings. The subsidies for the preparation of the book of the existing building for the rehabilitation are intended to finance the expenses of professional fees for the issuance of the book of the existing building for the rehabilitation, with the purpose of activating the demand for a significant and high-quality energy rehabilitation in the buildings. Subsidies for the drafting of rehabilitation projects are intended to finance expenses for professional fees for the drafting of technical projects for the comprehensive rehabilitation of buildings, with the purpose of activating the demand for significant and high-quality energy rehabilitation in buildings. The following lines of subsidies are convened, in the non-competitive concurrence design modality: a) Line 3. Subsidies for rehabilitation at the building level. b) Line 4. Subsidies for improving energy efficiency in homes. c) Line 5.1. Subsidies for the elaboration of the book of the existing building for the rehabilitation. d) Line 5.2. Subsidies for drafting rehabilitation projects.
