Grants aimed at promoting open innovation through the “Activa Startups” initiative

Purpose

1. The financing of said grants will be applied to the costs of contracting advisory and support services in the field of innovation to the extent that they are dedicated to the open innovation project of the Activa Startups program. Said services must be carried out by companies considered startups in accordance with the definition indicated in article 1.2 of Order ICT/1426/2021, of December 14. At the beginning of the provision of these services, the beneficiary company must carry out the verification provided for in article 5.1.o) of this call. 2. Only those concepts that undoubtedly respond to the nature of the activity to be financed and are strictly necessary, based on the description of the actions provided in the application report, may be considered eligible for financing. 3. The eligible period, which includes from the resolution of the granting of aid until the deadline for the execution of activities, will be 8 months from the date of publication of the same. 4. Financial expenses or depreciation will not be eligible expenses, without prejudice to the provisions of section 1 of this article. 5. In no case will indirect taxes be considered eligible, except when they are not likely to be recovered by the beneficiary.
