Subsidies aimed at promoting the recovery and generation of stable employment in Andalusia

Purpose

1.The amount of the subsidy will be 3,500 euros for each formalized indefinite employment contract, full-time, with an unemployed person. 2. When the person hired is in the age group of 45 or over, the amount of the subsidy will be 4,500 euros 3. When the person hired is included in Social Security contribution groups I to IV, or the contract is made with a young person up to 30 years of age, the amount of the subsidy will be 5,000 euros. When both assumptions occur at the same time, the amount will be 5,500 euros. 4. The amounts established in the previous sections will be increased by 10%, when the person hired is a woman, or when it is a person with a disability who presents greater difficulties in accessing the labor market. When both assumptions occur at the same time, the increase will be 20%. 5. In the event that the indefinite contract is formalized part-time, or the contract is permanent, discontinuous, full-time, the amount of the subsidy will be 50% of the amount resulting from what is established in the previous sections. If the discontinuous fixed contract is signed part-time, the amount of the subsidy will be 25% of said resulting amount. 6. For the purposes of this Order, people with disabilities will be considered those who have the greatest difficulties in accessing the labor market: people with a recognized degree of disability equal to or greater than 33% who suffer from cerebral palsy, mental health or with intellectual disabilities, including people with autism spectrum disorder, as well as people with physical or sensory disabilities with a recognized degree of disability equal to or greater than 65%, in accordance with the provisions of letter c) of the Article 5 of Royal Decree 818/2021, of September 28, which regulates the common activation programs for employment of the National Employment System. 7. The age requirement must be met on the start date of the work activity.
