Purpose

The purpose of the call is to encourage, by self-employed workers, mutual members of professional associations and SMEs, the ordinary indefinite hiring of unemployed people under 30 years of age, people over 45 years of age, people with disabilities and long-term unemployed people, as measures that facilitate the improvement of employability and favor the labor insertion of these groups because they have greater difficulty accessing the labor market. In addition, the hiring of young people under 30 years of age who are beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System in local corporations is encouraged. a) Line 1. Incentive for the first ordinary permanent contract by self-employed workers. b) Line 2. Incentive for second or successive ordinary indefinite contracts by self-employed workers, and for any ordinary indefinite contract by SMEs. c) Line 4. Incentive for the ordinary indefinite hiring of people with disabilities by self-employed workers and SMEs. d) Line 7. Incentive to promote the employment of young people under 30 years of age who are beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System by local corporations.
