Subsidies to support the modernization of Third Sector entities

Purpose

Within the object of the subsidy established in article 1.2, the call will finance projects that contemplate, in any case, these two lines of action: a) Line of action 1: Improve social intervention and/or promote social innovation through digital transformation actions that contribute to the modernization of social services. 1st Objective: Within the framework of this line of action, the requesting entities will propose the way in which they can incorporate innovative digital transformation processes that increase the efficiency, impact and scope of the interventions carried out by the entity in the social field. b) Line of action 2: Digital transformation strategy. 1st Objective: Design and develop a digital transformation strategy and/or plan for the organization, implementing the initiatives and actions that are possible within the project development period. In addition, they must develop actions in at least two of the following lines of action: c) Line of action 3: Digitization of the entity's processes and internal flows of the entity's processes to accelerate social action. 1st Objective: Facilitate the transformation of the entity so that it can address, maintain, increase and/or accelerate the digitalization processes of social action, contributing coherence to the technological modernization plan. d) Line of action 4: Strengthen the support and participation of the social base. 1st Objective: processes aimed at expanding and improving the social base of the entity and its relations with agents to improve the quality and transfer of the organization's impact. e) Line of action 5: Increase the digital skills of professionals, beneficiaries/participants and volunteers of the entity. 1st Objective: to favor the adaptation of workers, volunteers, beneficiaries, etc. of the entity to the technological changes that will occur within the framework of its digital transformation process.
